DETAILS: Made from a wonderful piece of found driftwood, this Bee was carefully painted with acrylic paints and permanent ink. There is a jute twine loop hanger and beautiful beads that lead to an accent of sari silk. Many layers of fine brushstrokes give her wings and body depth and detail. Green, leafy vines surround her. The prismatic crystal below shimmers and sparkles in the sun.
My initials are on the back. Sprayed with a satin finish sealant.
MEASUREMENTS: This driftwood itself is approx. 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) long and approx. 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) across. The entire suncatcher is 12 inches (30.5 cm) long from top of the loop to bottom of the crystal.
